It seems that The Voice coaches and popular couple, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are always making headlines. America gets to witness their relationship blossom on their television screens and radios. Since their engagement in October 2020, they’ve kept fans on the edges of their seats.
While everyone is excited that this couple is engaged after being together for five years, there are still some unanswered questions. Who will perform at the wedding? Headlines speculate on a couple of artists. Just to name a few, there is Raelynn, Miley Cyrus, and Adam Levine.
Blake Shelton gives a timeframe for his wedding to Gwen Stefani
One of the more pressing questions have about Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s upcoming nuptials is when will the wedding take place. Luckily for fans, US Weekly is able to acquire some timeline details. In a recent interview with Today With Hoda. & Jenna, Shelton shares some concerns he has about his wedding date. “I’m afraid if she and I wait until next November, then I’m right back into The Voice cycle again,” shares Shelton. However, the sentiment behind his concern is sweet. “And I really want to be able to have plenty of time before and after,” he explains.
The “Ol’ Red” singer goes on to suggest a season that the wedding could take place. Ultimately, the couple’s concern with setting a date is the severity of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. “So hopefully this summer now. I think we’re right here at the point with COVID, it looks like it may be okay, but I don’t know,” shares Shelton. As it stands, “a summer ceremony is the tentative plan.”

The country singer jokes about his wedding entertainment
As far as the wedding’s entertainment goes, Blake Shelton has a great joke. “It’s starting to sound like a Coachella lineup here all of a sudden,” he says. “I’ve got all these superstars saying they’re going to do it. I hope so. I don’t know.”
Most recently, Adam Levine shares his thoughts about performing at the Shelton-Stefani wedding. He leads fans to believe that he isn’t going to do it but eventually comes clean. Levine says he’d “be honored’ if they asked him to perform. In true Adam Levine fashion, he goes on to say that they won’t ask him. “They’ll probably get like Luke Bryan or somebody,” predicts Levine.
