Carrie Underwood left Vince Gill emotional with her tribute. The country singer was just one of the many artists who performed during the CMT Giants special. Carrie Underwood looks like Cinderella
The American Idol alum looked like Cinderella on the CMT stage. Carrie Underwood always captivates fans with her stylish looks. Whether she’s wearing cutoff denim shorts or a glamorous evening gown, she always looks incredible. On Friday night (September 16), at the CMT Giants: Vince Gill, she stepped out to honor the country superstar.
Other artists included Chris Stapleton, Maren Morris, and Sheryl Crow. For the occasion, Carrie wore an ethereal baby blue ballgown. The dress featured a sweetheart neckline with rhinestones all over it. It also had bow details on the shoulders. Carrie paired the look with silver pointed-toe pumps and dainty jewelry.

On Friday night, Carrie Underwood gave an emotional tribute to Vince Gill with her rendition. His song “Go Rest High On That Mountain” is about his grief over the death of the late country singer, Keith Whitley. Vince wrote the song after the sudden death of his brother.
When it was released in 1994, he had no idea if his fans would like the deeply personal song. Vince just wanted to process his emotions. Carrie Underwood perfectly captivated the story of the song with her stunning performance. She was met by a standing ovation from the crowd at the Fischer Center.
