Lainey’s weight loss journey is all-natural, unlike many celebrities who undergo surgery. The country songwriter made the decision to focus on her health starting in the year 2020. She changed her diet to be heavy on fruits and vegetables. She avoided sugary drinks and began to limit carbs. Lainey also hired a personal trainer to exercise with. She picked up running and other physical activities. Her weight began to decline in a healthy manner, leading her to where she is today, 70 pounds lighter.
