Gushes Over Girlfriend Brianna Chickenfry
Zach Bryan has been dating Brianna LaPaglia since July 2023. The Barstool Sports host is better known online by the name Brianna Chickenfry.
After his arrest this summer for obstruction for interfering in a traffic stop, she seemingly poked fun at him on social media. However, he didn’t seem to mind the joke.
He took to Twitter earlier this week to gush about his girlfriend. The “Heading South” singer wrote that he had his first few days off “in awhile.”
He went on to say that she suggested they “find some run down bar” to play pool and watch sports. “She is me,” he wrote admiringly about his girlfriend of four months.
Zach Bryan Has Surprising Reaction To Winning Best New Artist
Zach Bryan has been one of the fastest-rising country stars in the last few years. He made history earlier this year by having the No. 1 spot on two charts at the same time. He hit the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 with “I Remember Everything” featuring Kacey Musgraves at the same time that his self-titled album held the No. 1 spot on the Hot 200 charts.
He’s made history once again with his win at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards. Among Zach Bryan’s four wins was for Best New Artist, which was the first time in history that a country singer took the all-genre award at the BMAs.
Strangely enough, his other three wins were in rock categories, not country. He won Top Rock Artist, Top Rock Album for 2022’s American Heartbreak, and Top Rock Song for “Something in the Orange.”
Zach Bryan previously dissed award ceremonies, saying he didn’t need that type of recognition. However, now that he got it, he has changed his tune considerably.
He took to Twitter after his win to share his humble reaction. “SO many other artists deserved this above me, it’s an honor,” he wrote on the social media platform.
“I am humbled and so grateful that people still listen,” he added.
His Twitter followers came out in droves to assure him that he did deserve the award.
