On Thanksgiving, Kelsea celebrated with her loved ones, including her boyfriend Chase. They shared several romantic photos and videos on Instagram.
Kelsea Ballerini Is Giving Thanks With Her Heart-First
On Thanksgiving, she posted several meaningful moments along with a heartfelt caption, on Instagram. She greeted her fans and followers with a photo captioned, “I’ve got a heart with gratitude that is spilling over this year, sending yummy love and light your way, happy thanksgiving friends.” She can be seen in her photo wearing a beautiful and romantic red dress with lipstick to match.
Her following picture featured a silhouette of her and her boyfriend, Chase Stokes, the Outer Banks star. She also included in her uploads, footage of a crowd waiving their hands, singing and cheering as she performed her well-known song, “Yeah Boy.”
In another video you can see, Kelsea and her friends celebrating her birthday, poolside. She was holding up three and a zero in number shaped balloons, to celebrate her turning 30 years old.

Kelsea Ballerini’s Final Slide For Her Thanksgiving Thankful Post
In her final slide she had posted on Instagram, the Grammy nominee teased her fans with a new love song. The new song is assumed to be inspired by her boyfriend Chase, 31, whom she had started dating shortly after her divorce from Morgan Evans, in 2022.
In her new song, Kelsea is backed by a guitar and she can be heard singing, “To the man that loved this woman after heartbreak, thanks for all you didn’t have to do/When I met you I was jaded, sad, and complicated/You’ll never know how much I needed you.”
In the comment section, Chase wrote a simple and heartfelt reply: “Thankful for you,” with a heart emoticon to follow.

Chase and Kelsea confirmed their romance early on in 2023. They both have been open about their love for one another. The sparks started flying when Kelsea slid into Chase’s DM’s on Instagram, to introduce herself.
At the CFDA Fashion Awards for 2023, the actor told what it was like to see his girlfriend, Kelsea, perform in her native Knoxville, Tennessee on her Heartfirst Tour. He stated” For her to go back to her hometown and to sell out an arena like that stage – it was the coolest thing. I cried the whole time.”
