For the past several years, every year, the Country Music Hall of Fame has put together a special exhibit. This special exhibit is about showcasing the important artists, their music and the impact they have had on country music. This year is no different. Jelly Roll, among several other country music stars, will be part of the Country Music Hall of Fame‘s “American Currents: State of Music.”

The Impact Of Jelly Roll On County Music

Jelly Roll has had a huge impact on the country music scene. While some might have thought he was just another cross-over artist, the “Son Of A Sinner” singer has proven otherwise. He has brought in a new fans of country music with his unique style.

Jelly Roll has broken down so many barriers when it comes to the genre of country music. Not many make it big with his look, his history and his sound. Jelly Roll is living proof when country music sticks to its true definition of “three chords and the truth,” it is open to anyone.

Jelly Roll Being Recognized

Fans have been recognizing Jelly Roll’s talent since he started his country music career. Now, even country music is recognizing his talent by including him in the “American Currents: State of Music.” This is a high honor for any country music singer.

Jelly Roll certainly deserves the recognition. He has been nominated and won several country music awards. His concerts are selling out all over the country. It is about time the powers that be in country music stood up and took notice.

The Country Music Hall of Fame CEO Kyle Young spoke out about this special exhibit:  “Through the 8th annual American Currents exhibit, the museum looks at the country music landscape through a wide-angle lens—encompassing developments in mainstream country, Americana, bluegrass and related roots music. Our curators and historians examine the year’s major events and achievements, allowing the museum to assemble an exhibit that reflects the genre’s current impact, history, and continued evolution.”

Other Country Music Stars Being Recognized

Jelly Roll is not the only country music star being included in the Country Music Hall of Fame’s “American Currents: State of Music.” Country music stars, coming from different and distinct sounds, will be a part of the hoor being given to Jelly Roll.

The “Watermelon Moonshine” singer, Lainey Wilson will also be included in this year’s “American Currents: State of Music.” Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs and Taylor Swift are also being honored. Kelsea Ballerini, The War And Treaty and SistaStrings will be a part of  the Country Music Hall of Fame’s special exhibit. There is even a spot for the “Rich Men North Of Richmond” singer Oliver Anthony.
