Jelly Roll spent much of his time in and out of correctional facilities when he was younger. Whether he was looking for trouble or trouble just found him, the “I Need A Favor” singer was almost always in some sort of trouble.

The “Tears Could Talk” singer got his start in the music industry as a rapper. He then decided to go another direction with his God-given talent. That was when he found his way to country music.
Jelly Roll has been good for country music and country music has been good to him. In his short country music career, he has already won the Country Music Association New Artist of the Year award. He was also nominated for a Grammy. All of that was just in this past years.
