Wynonna Judd Continues Performing Amid Grief Over Mother’s Death
This month marks the second anniversary of country music icon Naomi Judd’s death. She passed away in 2022 after a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She publicly fought depression and other illnesses throughout her time in the public spotlight.
Naomi’s death left not only a huge hole in country music, but also in the lives of her daughters, actress Ashley Judd and singer Wynonna. The latter spent decades performing alongside her mom as the duo The Judds.
Wynonna and her mother were supposed to go on tour together in late 2022. After her mother’s death, Wynonna did the tour with special guests from the country music scene. Once the Judds last farewell tour ended, she continued performing solo.
It seems music is what helps her deal with her grief. Wynonna is set to resume touring for a handful of dates in 2024. But first, she will head to Kentucky for a great honor. Wynonna Judd has been invited to perform the National Anthem at the 2024 Kentucky Derby.

Wynonna Judd’s Daughter Arrested For Prostitution
Wynonna’s professional life is doing just fine, but her personal life is another story. She publicly feuded with her sister, Ashley, in the past. However, the two came together to mourn their beloved mother.
Naomi Judd’s death seems to have affected other members of the family, including Wynonna’s daughter. The shocking news broke that Grace Kelley was arrested for indecent exposure earlier this week.
As more details came out about the incident, it was revealed that she was also charged with soliciting prostitution. What happened?
According to the police report, Kelley, 27, was spotted alongside a road in Alabama. Page Six revealed that she had her “entire chest and southern region exposed.” She also held a sign that said “ride for a ride,” hence the prostitution charges.

The country music star has yet to comment on her daughter’s arrest. But it couldn’t come at a worse time, just two weeks before the anniversary of her mother’s death.
This isn’t the first run-in with the law for Wynonna’s daughter. According to Page Six, Grace Kelley faced drug-related charges in 2015 and a parole violation in 2018. She’s scheduled to return to court on April 25 to face the new charges.
