Typically, to the delight of legions of Keith Urban fans, the sparks that fly from the superlative shredder ignite from the strings of his numerous guitars. At present, however, the Blue Ain’t Your Color hitmaker stirs the heat from some fans while evoking even greater passion from others. As Country Living per MSN conveys, nothing gets Keith Urban’s energy surging like a crowd on its feet.
While opinions are divided, it seems that Keith Urban is in the perfect place to spend his Las Vegas residency, now extended throughout 2023.
Not a sign from a fan this time
Over the years, Keith Urban has seen everything in the way of pleas and praises from his loyal army of “monkeys,” so dubbed by the string master. The New Zealand-born Australian transplant gives winks and nods to countless proposals on poster board, all printed with rainbows of colors and love. Still, it was an unassuming notice posted in Urban’s new Planet Hollywood performance home that sent him rocking and reeling.
“Saw this sign and went ‘Yep– we are SO IN THE RIGHT PLACE,” Keith Urban proclaimed with a fist in the air beneath the wording: “Guests are encouraged to stand during the performance” on social media. “Here we go Vegas! Opening night of our [brand-new] show,” the performer exuded back in his March premiere. No one accuses Urban of subtlety here. “I’m giddy as s—t,” he concludes with five exclamation points.
Considering that an artificial leg was tossed onstage by one fervent devotee, a little dispute of opinions between fans is easy to resolve for a performer with Keith Urban’s passion.

Most responders went Keith’s way
For certain, the overwhelming fan reaction was solidly in Keith Urban’s corner. Assuredly, most in any audience never envision sitting quietly or giving polite applause fitting for a symphony performance. Only the week before, Keith Urban was the headliner for the Capital One JamFest in Houston as part of NCAA Final Four festivities. In another iconic stage photo, he captions “Texas Time,” with a heart, before “Thank you, Houston,” and another five exclamation marks!
Simultaneously, while Yahoo relates the steadfastness and sacrifice of the love Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman work to maintain, Keith confesses that it takes a concerted effort from both life partners.
“We do a lot of traveling in order to be home,” Keith Urban speaks on Extra. “She’ll do the exact same thing. He adds that “We’re fortunate to be able to travel like that, but we choose it because we want to be together.”
