Carrie Underwood Shows Rare Glimpse Of Her Children

Carrie Underwood usually keeps her children out of the spotlight, but, the little guys are front and center of her Christmas tree this year.

On Wednesday, Carrie, gave her Instagram followers a very rare glimpse of her two sons, Jacob, 4, and Isaiah, 8, when she posted pictures of them with her beautiful Christmas decor.

Her caption for the photo on her Instagram story was, “Fisher family Christmas tree 2023!” You can see in the festive social media post, that Carrie Underwood displayed a homemade Christmas ornament that featured photos of her two sons.

A Little Back Info

The Grammy winner, Carrie and her husband, Mike Fisher, respectively, welcomed their first son, Isaiah, in 2015, and their second son, Jacob,  in 2019.

When Isaiah and Jacob visited one of their moms’ concerts, in October of 2022, Carrie shared a sweet video of the boys from behind.

Although the couple decided to show their son’s sweet little faces on social media at first, they have since chosen to keep their backs to the camera for a few years.

About 5 years ago, Carrie wrote a song for her sons and husband titled, “What I Never Knew I Always Wanted,” from her Story Teller Tour. In the video below, you can see intimate photos of Carrie with her husband, the photos sort of show their “story.”

Carrie Underwood Posts On Instagram

“My sweet boys came to see their mommy’s first show!” She posted to Instagram at the time. “Jakey caught a few songs, at least before he drifted off to dream land.”

She continued, “One was blowing me kisses, and, One was sleeping soundly.”

While Carrie is not the only celebrity to change their mind about their kids’ being on social media, Andy Cohen also told Today.com that he stopped showing his son, Ben. He also has plans to do the same for his daughter, Lucy.

Andy, 55, the host for Watch What Happens Live followed with, ” I just feel funny about it.” He explained, “People need to understand that my kids are not me and they did not sign up for this.” Cohen mentioned, “My mom is really on me about it.” He said, “She’s really like, ‘You have to stop.’ She was very vocal.”

What Other’s Are Saying For Their Children

For Eva Mendes, the famous actress told her followers back in 2020, that her and Ryan Gosling’s daughters did not consent to being shared online. She wrote, “My children are so little and don’t understand what posting their image really means.”

Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell do the same for their daughters privacy, they cover their daughters faces with emojis. Gigi Hadid, and Zayn Malik also cover their children’s faces with emojis, as well.
