Morgan Wallen Shocks With New Look

Aside from his music, Morgan Wallen is probably most famous for his hair. His “business in the front, party in the back” haircut undoubtedly helped elevate the mullet trend last popular in the 1980s.

However, he recently gave himself a makeover. He debuted his new style at the Columbus, Ohio,  stop on his One Night At A Time world tour. Kind of. He kept his hat on the entire show, so it was difficult to tell if he just cut his hair or shaved it off.

However, he partly cleared up the confusion later by saying he shaved it off. Also notably missing was his signature mustache.

Invading Luke Bryan’s Turf?

After finding success in country music, Wallen had a minor setback in 2021 when footage leaked of him using a racial slur. He was briefly exiled from award shows but came back stronger than ever.

Now, rumor has it that he’s invading the turf of some of the biggest names in country music, including Luke Bryan. It appears that Morgan Wallen is putting his name on a bar in Nashville, just off Broadway, a popular hotspot.

According to Whiskey Riff, Wallen is teaming up with TC Restaurant Group to open his own bar. The outlet notes the restaurant group is also associated with Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge, and Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa.

Despite the rumors, neither Morgan Wallen or TC Restaurant Group have confirmed the partnership.

Morgan Wallen Doesn’t Have the Best Track Record in Nashville Bars

Morgan Wallen and bars might not be the best collaboration.  The 2021 incident happened after a night of drinking. The year prior to the racial slur incident, Wallen was kicked out of Kid Rock’s Nashville bar and later arrested for public intoxication.

However, Kid Rock didn’t hold a grudge. He welcomed Morgan Wallen back to his bar for a surprise performance just a few months after the racial slur scandal.

None of the artists who own bars in Nashville have reacted to the rumors. No word on what kind of beer the bar would sell.
