Dolly Parton is an ageless icon at 77. She recently shared her best-kept secret when it comes to plastic surgery. Keep reading to find out the advice of a superstar.

Dolly Parton Doesn’t Act Her Age

Dolly Parton is about to turn 78 in just a few weeks. The country music legend doesn’t look her age, and she definitely doesn’t act it. She nearly broke the internet on Thanksgiving Day with her shocking attire during her halftime performance.

In hindsight, it was fitting that she donned a Dallas Cowboys cheerleading outfit since she was performing at the Cowboys Vs. Commanders game.

In fact, we should know by now to expect the unexpected from Dolly Parton.

But who could have predicted the 77-year-old would look so good in the iconic uniform’s short-shorts and midriff-baring top?

Many people on the internet reacted in awe, only hoping to look half as good as in their 70s. However, some haters said the singer should act her age. Model Christie Brinkley was among Dolly’s defenders.

Dolly Parton Reveals Her Best-Kept Plastic Surgery Secret

Dolly Parton often jokes that everything about her is fake except her heart. She’s been open about her preference for wearing wigs instead of her real hair.

The craziest rumor she’s ever heard about herself involves her bosom.

The bonafide Rockstar is not shy about admitting to plastic surgery to keep her looking her best.

“If something is bagging, sagging or dragging, I’ll tuck it, suck it or pluck it,” she told Saga magazine earlier this month.

But the plastic surgery pro cautioned about being careful not to go too far.

“Every now and then you’ll get a haematoma, or sometimes with fillers and Botox you can get too much and have to wait till the swelling goes down to look normal again.”

For the workaholic, this isn’t good because it keeps her from returning to work for “a month” instead of just a week or two.

“I do fillers, Botox, Juvéderm,” she said on The Howard Stern Show in November.

“You’ve just got to be very careful not to overdo it because you never know, anytime you go under the knife you could come out looking not good,” she advised listeners.

For Dolly Parton, her best-kept plastic surgery secret is not to do too much. She credits her timeless appearance to the “best doctors.”
