In her People cover story, she couldn’t stop talking about her “happy” marriage to Brendan McLoughlin. The 30-year-old couldn’t care less what the naysayers think. The two met behind the scenes of Good Morning America when Miranda was a guest and Brendan worked as a former security guard.

For them, it was love at first sight. They married in January 2019 after their whirlwind romance. This came as a shock to fans who thought she was desperate to marry again after her failed marriage to Blake Shelton. Miranda and Brendan defied the critics by sticking together ever since.

“I want to be open about how happy we are,” Miranda Lambert told People. “I don’t give two s***s about people’s opinions of me, my marriage, my music, or anything else.”

The couple loves to split their time between Miranda’s farm in Nashville and New York City. Brendan came from fast-paced city life. He had to get adjusted to her laid-back lifestyle. He also shares a three-year-old son from a previous relationship, who also lives in the city. The couple will travel to NYC so Brendan can spend some quality time with his child.

She sat in the middle of her two friends, who wore little summer dresses. Miranda Lambert captioned the post: “The Grand Tetons stole my 💙🏔. Until next time Jackson WY.😍” She included even more content in that post.
