Red carpet debut at the 2023 CMT Awards

Kelsea Ballerini walked the red carpet with her new boyfriend Chase Stokes. This came just months after her divorce from Morgan Evans. It’s official. She is dating the Outer Banks star after the two first made the dating rumors swirl earlier this year.

It was a big night for the “Mountain With a View” singer. Kelsea co-hosted the CMT Awards with Kane Brown. Before that, she hit the red carpet with her Hollywood boyfriend. The 29-year-old singer and the 30-year-old actor made their first public appearance and red-carpet event together as a couple.

It was clear that the two are dating. Kelsea wore a light gray strapless Dolce & Gabbana silk gown and David Yurman jewelry. She finished off her look with rhinestone sandals. Her hairstylist Peter Lux styled Kelsea’s long blonde hair pin-straight with a middle part. He shared the inspiration behind Kelsea’s red-carpet look.

“The inspiration for the look was ’90s supermodel with an easy elegance and lots of movement,” Peter told E! News. “I wanted the hair to look and feel super healthy with a high shine.”

Kelsea Ballerini’s boyfriend wore a navy blue shirt that featured white piping on the sleeves. He paired the cool look with matching pants and a short-sleeve white undershirt. Chase held Kelsea as they snapped photos together. They looked so happy during their first public outing.

Chase Banks supports Kelsea Ballerini

At the 2023 CMT Awards, Kelsea Ballerini took the stage at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas. She performed her new song “If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too).” Chase was there to support his girlfriend in the crowd. He was dancing and lip-syncing along to the song.

Per ET Online, the stud took out his phone to film the special moment. Kelsea made a political moment during her performance. She invited a group of drag queens to join her as her backup dancers. This was her way to respond to Tennessee’s ban on drag performances.

As for her new relationship, Kelsea Ballerini slid into Chase’s DMs. She revealed how it went down on an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast. The two previously went on date at a New York Rangers hockey game and a Georgia vs. TCU game earlier this year.
