Reba McEntire is aiming to win her first season as coach on The Voice. Does she have a secret weapon to get votes? Keep reading to find out all about her unfair advantage over her competitors.

Reba McEntire Sings Happy Birthday To ‘Little Rascal’

Move over, Julia Roberts! Reba McEntire is taking the reins as America’s Sweetheart. When she’s not saving a small town, McEntire proves she has the pipes to sing something as simple as “Happy Birthday.”

Ever the entertainer, Reba McEntire put her own spin on the traditional rendition of the birthday song.

During an appearance on the red carpet, the “Fancy” singer took the time to wish her romantic rival a happy birthday. McEntire sang the tune to Taylor Swift, who turned 34 on December 13.

Of course, Reba McEntire had to throw her own spin into the song with an ad-lib. “Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday dear Taylor Swift, you little rascal you,” she sang.

Reba McEntire’s Secret Weapon To Win The Voice

Reba McEntire faced a lot of pressure to win The Voice after replacing long-time coach Blake Shelton. Shelton had been the coach since the very beginning but left after Season 23 to do other things.

When asked to take over his red chair, McEntire said yes this time. She was previously asked when the show was in development but turned it down.

Reba McEntire has been doing pretty well in her first season. She has two singers from Team Reba in the finals, despite the earlier setback when frontrunner Tom Nitti left the show.

The five finalists are: Huntley (Team Niall Horan), Jacquie Roar (Team Reba McEntire), Lila Forde (Team John Legend), Mara Justine (Team Niall Horan), and Ruby Leigh (Team Reba McEntire) (via Cincinnatti.com.)

Voting for the finalists ended early December 19th, ahead of the season finale, but Reba McEntire unleashed her secret weapon before voting ended.

She took to her Instagram to share a sweet photo with her boyfriend, Rex Linn. In the snapshot, the two cozy up together on McEntire’s red chair from The Voice.

#TheTots are reminding you to vote for #TeamReba by 7 AM ET tomorrow,” she captioned the cute photo op.

“The tots” are the nicknames Reba McEntire and Rex Linn gave each other. She’s his “tater tot,” and he’s her “sugar tot.”

Did the photo gain her team extra votes? That remains to be seen, but many of her followers think Ruby Leigh will win Season 24.

Tune in to the live The Voice finale on NBC tonight at 9 PM Eastern.
