Brittany Aldean gave fans a peek at her gorgeous new Georgia home. How many homes does she own with her husband, Jason Aldean? Keep reading for all the details on their many real estate investments.
How Many Homes Do Jason and Brittany Aldean Own?
While Jason and Brittany Aldean are married with two kids, they don’t seem in any hurry to settle down in one place for too long. Just since 2020, they’ve bought and sold multiple real estate properties across several states.
They built their first Nashville mansion in June of 2020. Just three years later, they built and moved into a second home in Nashville. Aldean’s wife of eight years explained on her Instagram Stories, “We actually love real estate investments if you guys haven’t noticed,” per Music Mayhem.
“We love moving and creating new spaces and remodeling homes and stuff,” she added.
That includes property in Florida. They currently own a beachfront home in Florida’s Treasure Coast. They bought the 7,317-square-foot mansion for a cool $10.2 million in 2022. They previously owned Florida homes in St. George Island and Santa Rosa Beach, which they sold in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
The Aldeans also own a vacation home in the tropical getaway Turks and Caicos.
Brittany Aldean Takes Fans Inside Gorgeous New Georgia Home
Now, the couple have expanded their real estate investments into the state of Georgia. In late August, Brittany Aldean shared a video clip on her Instagram, inviting fans to have a look inside the lakeside home.
The social media post featured Ray Charles’ “Georgia On My Mind” in the background. That seemed to be a theme of the post, as that was also her caption. A neon sign proclaiming “Georgia On My Mind” adorns one wall of the spacious kitchen area, which features a well-stocked bar.
The short clip shows what appear to be multiple bedrooms as well as a bunk room. The game room pays homage to Jason Aldean’s career in country music with plaques adorning the wall. The video pans to several framed baseball jerseys, including former Atlanta Braves player Chipper Jones and baseball great Mark McGwire.
The outside of the home is just as impressive as the inside. In the video, fans can see an outdoor fireplace overlooking a large inground pool with Lake Oconee looming behind it.
Both of Jason and Brittany Aldean’s children, Memphis and Navy, appear in the video, waving to the camera. Jason Aldean also has two children from his previous marriage to Jessica Aldean.
